PlayMemories doesn't support camera

I am trying to import video from a Sony Handycam HDR-FX7. 

I tried using PlayMemories but it says the camera is not supported. Is there a way to use PlayMemories?

Is there another way to import the video easily? I tried using Vegas Pro but the video came out very choppy and didn't include all of the video.
