I'm using Windows 10. I've been using Playmemories without any problems. I would download videos to my laptop and then click on the video and it would open within Playmemories. All of a sudden the videos are no longer opening in the Playmemories. Now a window opens called ActiveMovie. I would like to open the videos within the Playmemories like before. I am terribly low skilled in technology so I would love it if anyone would be able to give me some easy baby steps type of help..
