I have notied that the .mov files that I import, to backup from my iPhone, are not supported in Play Memories Home. The files are shown with a generic white icon but when I click to play the file it says Quicktime is not isntalled. I have installed and uninstalled Quicktime 7 several times. Has anyone else ran into this issue?
