I'm just wondering if anyone can help me install Playmemories on my computer? I used to have it working but ever since Playmemories updated a little while ago, it stopped working so I uninstalled the old version 5.2 and tried to install version 5.4 (latest version)
When I try to install version 5.4, I keep getting error message 1002-1114-4064 and when I try to reinstall ver 5.2, I get error msg 1002-1104-4028
I'm currently using Windows 7 w service pack 1
Can anyone please help me reinstall PlayMemories? Otherwise I cannot get the videos off my camera :-(
