I have a brand new camera, and just installed PlayMemories for the first time. It is very buggy software, and hangs at every point in the process - from start-up on. The fact that I also had some difficulty in just signing on on the Sony site makes me wonder if they aren't just able to work well with Macs?
Meanwhile, is there a way to send my photos to my computer and bypass using PlayMemories altogether?
