Hi friends,
I am too the point of hating this software from Sony - it is too hard to use and download
I finally got it downloaded with 2-telephone support calls and transferred from my HDR-CX405
I then tried to export the video files BUT the program said I had to download the disc creation feature.
Every time I try too do this - it fails! - Connection drops out
I tried to export via my drives - but it will only allow me to save to my "F-drive" - my back-up unit?!?!
I can not select to vurn to my disc drive under any circumstances - the new program is a farce and overly complicated!
I am too the point of blogging to my readers about the Sony "trap" software - but would ideally like to be able to transfer my video shootings!!
Any assistance is greatfully received!!
