Need to speak to someone in customer service or public relations.
I've tryed everything to resolve my problem but with no resolve!
I recieved a camcord as a gift and have tryed everything to use Sony's Playmemories program to
down load my film on to a DVD. I have spoken to about 4 or 5 support agents again with no resolve.
The last one acually hung up on me. Total I have spent 4 day and about 12 hours on the phone.
This camcord was a chirstmas gift and now my wife and I are going on our 40th wedding anniversary to Hawaii and were hoping to film it show our kids in California on the way back to NY. This issue may not sound like a big deal to you guys but it is. I have filmed big events for the pass 33 years since the day my kids were born! Now be cause I can't down load my film to make more room on the memory chip at best I'll have 35 minutes only from a 13 day vacation. Bottom like this will put a damper on things, my kids will be embarrassed they borught me a Sony Camcord, I will get rid of it on Criags list, if possible and I can assure you I nor my kids nor their firends will consider Sony for anything. My kids are both professionals in life one has her PHD and their firends are will educated and are all very smart shoppers. My god just on Facebook along their firends number in the hundreds. Vacations during these months are at the top of discussion. I have a degree in Electronics and have alway rated Sony as a top firm in the field what's happen?? Leaving on August 8th and I don't expect to hear from you but needed to tell what's going on within your organization. I will only have one 40th wedding anniversary and you have put a real dapper on it. Recording big events like this are very important to me and I'm sure many others.
